At Sefira, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here's everything you need to know.
RETURNS

You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery of your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing or damaged items. Please ensure you record the package being opened from its sealed state.

Items purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or any promotional offer will be eligible for refund as Sefira store credit only.

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price (without a coupon code) are eligible for return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or personalised jewellery

Items marked as clearance or final sale on the product page
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Visit the Returns section on sefira.in

Enter your Sefira Order ID and registered contact number

Select the items you wish to return

Provide the required details — return reason, minimum two images, pickup address, preferred pickup date, and refund method

Review and confirm your return request
REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days following item pickup and quality verification, as per RBI guidelines

Prepaid orders — refunded to the original payment method
-
COD orders — refunded to your UPI ID or bank account
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests can be raised within 10 days of delivery for the following reasons:
