When will my order be delivered?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and our support team will assist you.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Our jewellery is made for everyday wear. To keep it looking beautiful, avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, bleach and harsh chemicals. Wipe it with a soft cloth after use and store it in your Sefira pouch or jewellery box when not in use.
